Data Entry Analyst

Job Description

• Collect organize and analyze data from various sources
• Prepare basic reports and summaries to support business needs
• Identify trends and patterns in data and communicate findings
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy and consistency
• Work with team members to understand business requirements
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
• Document data processes and definitions
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Oversee and assist in the manual upload of business applications documents and data to the new business module.
• The resource will assist with Project Management/Coordination related activities.
• Assist the agency in credentialing reviews.
• Train any new state staff on the credentialing process.
• Develop formal SOP documentation surrounding the agencies credentialing licensing and review process.
• Audit data integrity for compliance with statutory and regulatory compliance

• 1 year of experience in data analysis internships or related experience
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with data sets and identify trends
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a data-focused role

Must have 3 years of experience with the following:

• M.S. Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Must have experience working with M.S. Windows Applications
• Experience working with computer systems and data entry
• Must have a background in customer service and attention to detail
• Must have proven documentation skills
• Knowledge of PC components and troubleshooting steps
• An ability to quickly learn technology programs

• Bachelors degree in a related field such as business data or technology
• Exposure to working with data in academic or professional settings
• Understanding of basic reporting or data visualization concepts

• Collaborative team-oriented environment
