Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy roadmap and execution for backend platform capabilities. This role requires deep technical understanding of enterprise data platforms DevOps tools CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The TPM will collaborate closely with engineering DevOps data security and business stakeholders to drive scalable reliable and secure platform solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Data Engineer with DevOps Lead expertise to design build and maintain scalable data platforms and cloud infrastructure solutions. This role combines strong data engineering capabilities with DevOps leadership to support enterprise data pipelines CI/CD automation cloud operations and platform reliability. The ideal candidate will drive best practices across data architecture infrastructure automation deployment processes and system monitoring while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering

• Design develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Build and optimize data models data warehouses and lakehouse architectures.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including APIs databases cloud storage and third-party systems.
• Ensure data quality governance security and compliance standards are maintained.
• Optimize data processing workflows for performance scalability and reliability.
• Support real-time and batch data processing frameworks.

DevOps Leadership

• Lead DevOps initiatives for data platforms and enterprise applications.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage containerization and orchestration platforms including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Establish monitoring logging alerting and incident management processes.
• Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks.
• Ensure high availability disaster recovery and system resiliency.

Cloud & Platform Management

• Administer and optimize cloud-based environments such as AWS Azure or GCP.
• Manage cloud-native data services including storage compute and analytics solutions.
• Implement security best practices access controls and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on scalable platform solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and guide engineering and DevOps team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements.
• Lead technical discussions architecture reviews and deployment planning.
• Promote Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices across teams.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience in Data Engineering DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL Python Scala or Java.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and big data technologies such as Spark Hadoop or Kafka.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems scripting and automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus Grafana Datadog or Splunk.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake Databricks Redshift BigQuery or Synapse.
• Certifications in AWS Azure Kubernetes or DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of data governance security and compliance standards.
• Experience leading distributed technical teams and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
