Data Engineer only on W2
Location: Resources will be in office 4 days a week in Dearborn MI
Job type: Direct hire Full time
Key Responsibilities:
System configuration for Time & Attendance Scheduling and Absence Management modules
Design and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Translate union contracts labor laws and work rules into system logic
Manage platform governance security roles upgrades and environment stability
Build SQL-based reports and perform advanced data analysis

Primary Skills Required:
Enterprise WFM configuration experience (WFS preferred UKG/Kronos Dayforce SAP SuccessFactors)
Advanced SQL and ETL development experience
API / data integration experience (REST SOAP XML flat files)
Strong technical/business requirements translation skills
Agile / Jira experience
Experience Required:
10 years IT experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Hands-on WFM configuration for 10000 employee environments
HR/Payroll data integration and system support experience
Experience with union work rules and manufacturing environments
Familiarity with US/Canadian labor regulations (FLSA provincial laws)
Preferred Experience:
Workforce Software (WFS) hands-on experience
Cloud data tools (GCP BigQuery etc.)
Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience
