Job Summary
Title: Data Analyst
Client: CareFirst
Rate Confirmation: $45/hr on C2C/
Visa: USC & GC - Candidates from Approved States ONLY: DC MD VA PA DE WV
Work mode: Hybrid - 2-3 monthly visits to the Columbia MD office
Rate: $32/hr. on W2 or $38/hr. On C2C /C2H - (Only W2 candidate) - Salary: $87400K
Interview Mode: 1-2 video rounds - then onsite interview
Must Have:
- Current Health Insurance Customer Experience
- 4 years as a Data Analyst with at least one (1) year of Healthcare Payor organization experience.
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to support a Provider Data Transformation project within Salesforce. We are seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst who can support the extraction and creation of these metrics and reports. Responsibilities include:
- Understand data needs and advise company on technological resources.
- Partners with senior level team members to aggregate and analyze various data sets to provide actionable insight.
- Develop reports dashboards and tools for business-users.
- Develop technical solutions to improve access to data and data usage.
This position is a contract to permanent opportunity with our customer. Although primarily remote there will be 2-3 onsite visits per month in their Columbia MD office. We are seeking candidates in one of the follow states to accommodate this onsite request: Wash DC MD PA WV or DE.
Required Skills
- Education Level: Bachelors lieu of a Bachelors degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- Able to extract data and then document/create reports and metrics for senior leadership review
- Required Tech Stack: MS Office (entire suite) Databricks Tableau Python OR Salesforce
- FACETS is a big plus
