The Boeing Company is seeking aCyber Test Integratorto support the Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) cyber test capability inSeattle WA or Oklahoma City OK.

This role supports the planning coordination execution and documentation of cyber test activities for avionics systems and contributes to Boeings enterprise product security test capability. The successful candidate will work across Product Security Engineers test teams and cross-functional stakeholders to help organize test activities support event readiness track execution and document outcomes.

The candidate will join a growing BT&E Product Security Engineering capability and help develop best practices methods and tools that improve Boeings ability to evaluate product security risks strengthen cyber test operations and deliver resilient products and services. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex technical environment.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Lead and Senior Cyber Test Integrators.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning and execution of cyber test events for avionics systems

  • Develop maintain and manage test event documentation including plans procedures schedules reports meeting notes and action items

  • Track event readiness execution status dependencies risks and open issues

  • Support vulnerability assessments penetration tests and related cyber test activities

  • Collaborate with engineering program lab and security stakeholders to align objectives requirements and deliverables

  • Support development and maintenance of cyber test operations processes procedures and workflows

  • Monitor event progress and communicate status issues and next steps to stakeholders

  • Support post-event analysis lessons learned and action tracking

  • Assist with resource coordination lab readiness and event logistics

  • Ensure event artifacts are accurate complete and delivered on schedule

  • Support continuous improvement of repeatable cyber test operations across Boeing programs and platforms

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required

  • 8 years of experience in technical program coordination operations compliance quality assurance cybersecurity avionics embedded systems system/network administration or a related technical field

  • 5 years of experience managing processes schedules or operational activities in a cross-functional environment

  • 5 years of experience developing maintaining and controlling documentation procedures reports or process materials

  • 5 years of experience communicating status risks requirements and decisions across multiple stakeholders including technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience managing action items dependencies priorities and deliverables in a structured environment

  • Experience analyzing information identifying gaps or risks and driving follow-up actions to closure

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • An active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

  • Experience supporting cyber test events penetration tests vulnerability assessments or technical evaluations

  • Experience in a test director test coordinator or test operations lead capacity

  • Experience with flight deck avionics and/or aircraft communication/navigation systems

  • Experience with embedded systems or other safety-critical systems

  • Experience supporting lab readiness execution logistics or technical event planning

  • Experience developing and executing test plans procedures and reports

  • Experience with incident response chain of custody or evidence handling processes

  • Experience with automated tracking workflow or reporting tools

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum or other structured delivery methodologies

  • Experience supporting process improvement standardization or operational readiness activities
