Job Summary

KDM is hiring Cutting Machine Operators to join our production team on 1st and 2nd Shift. In this role youll operate a variety of cutting and material-processing equipment used to produce retail graphics POP displays signage packaging components and other marketing materials. Were looking for detail-oriented mechanically inclined individuals who are committed to quality safety and meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location:Cincinnati Ohio
Shifts:1st Shift - 6 AM to 2:30 PM &2nd Shift - 2 PM to 10:30 PM
Pay:$20.00 (Based on Experience)
Stay Bonus Program:General Operators & Maintenance Technicians: $1500&Specialized Operators: $2500

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to read and interpret job tickets work instructions and production specifications
Basic math and measurement skills
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to safely operate production equipment and follow established safety procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand walk bend reach and lift or move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.

Preferred

Previous cutting machine production equipment or manufacturing experience
Experience operating panel saws table saws die cutters routers slitters guillotine cutters or similar machinery
Experience performing quality inspections and working within production tolerances
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Experience in the printing packaging POP display signage or manufacturing industry
