Customer Support Representative
Lubbock TX
Founded in 1954 C&L Supply Inc. is a family-owned distribution company serving independent appliance and furniture dealers across a ten-state core territory with expanding reach throughout the United States. We pride ourselves on superior customer service consultative sales support and reliable delivery through our private fleet of trucks.
We are accepting applications for a Customer Support Representative for our Lubbock TX distribution center.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for supporting customers and outside sales representatives through account support communication reporting and daily administrative functions. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service while supporting efficient sales and operational processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Answer incoming customer and outside sales calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Communicate daily with customers through phone email and other business correspondence.
  • Accept customer payments and assist with preparing daily deposit reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including credit billing shipping purchasing and outside sales to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with product information account inquiries and general account support.
  • Maintain organized customer records and documentation.
  • Support additional office and customer service functions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
  • Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office email and Windows-based computer systems.
  • Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SCHEDULE:
  • Full-time hourly position
  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as business needs arise
