Job Summary
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to pharmacy services
- Assist patients with prescription status refill scheduling and billing inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism
- Update records and manage customer information accurately
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of recent call center experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and Microsoft applications
- Pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus
