Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with travel reservations including hotels cruises resorts and vacation packages
Manage booking confirmations itinerary updates and travel documentation
Research travel options based on customer needs and preferences
Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
Support clients before during and after travel experiences
Deliver professional and timely customer service
Qualifications
Previous customer service or support experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
Travel industry experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
