Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage ongoing customer relationships and help ensure customers receive consistent value from our products and services. This position serves as a primary point of contact for an assigned group of customers coordinating communication monitoring account needs and maintaining regular follow-up throughout the customer relationship.

The Customer Success Manager will work closely with internal teams to support customer objectives maintain account activity and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Serve as a primary contact for ongoing account needs and communications
  • Conduct scheduled customer check-ins to review priorities activity and current needs
  • Develop an understanding of each customers objectives and service requirements
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for newly assigned customers
  • Help customers understand available products services resources and processes
  • Monitor account activity and identify customers requiring additional follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of customer objectives communications and account updates
  • Track agreed-upon actions and ensure appropriate follow-through
  • Coordinate customer requests with operations sales and other internal departments
  • Prepare information and supporting materials for customer meetings and account reviews
  • Gather customer feedback regarding products services and overall experience
  • Identify recurring customer questions needs and areas of interest
  • Communicate relevant customer insights to internal teams
  • Address routine account concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions
  • Identify potential satisfaction or retention concerns and escalate when appropriate
  • Assist with renewal preparation and ongoing retention activities
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding relevant account updates
  • Prepare basic account summaries and customer activity reports
  • Support customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives


Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing Management or a related field preferred
  • 12 years of experience in customer success account management client services customer experience sales support or a related customer-facing environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and customer-focused interpersonal approach
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities
  • Strong listening and relationship-management skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong follow-through and time-management abilities
  • Ability to understand customer objectives and coordinate appropriate resources
  • Comfortable conducting customer meetings and scheduled account check-ins
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
  • Experience with CRM or customer-management systems preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace or similar business software
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
