Job Summary
Job Title: Customer Success Coordinator

About Organization: Extract Wellness is a company specializing in hemp-based CBD products designed to support overall wellness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Provide product information usage guidance and recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Manage customer accounts update profiles and input relevant information into the system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role.
- Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus.
