Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Provide product information usage guidance and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Manage customer accounts update profiles and input relevant information into the system.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role.
  • Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus.
