Position Overview

• Our client is seeking a Customer Service Inside Sales Representative to join its expanding Inside Sales team. This newly created role supports continued growth by strengthening customer relationships managing orders and driving inside sales initiatives.

• The ideal candidate is proactive relationship focused and confident on the phone with prior experience in food & beverage or a related industry. The role requires someone who can quickly adapt and contribute with minimal ramp up time.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a high level of service.
• Accurately process customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships through consistent communication and follow up.
• Support inside sales efforts by identifying opportunities generating leads and contributing to account growth.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to stage orders manage inventory and ensure timely deliveries.
• Align customer accounts with team strengths and expertise.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and assist with general administrative sales functions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3 5 years of customer service and/or inside sales experience in a similar industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong communication skills with a natural relationship building approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced on site environment.
• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self starter with the ability to contribute immediately.
