Job summary: Our client in Vineland NJ is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a Temp-to-Hire position offering $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills excellent communication abilities and experience handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced office environment.

• Data Entry: Input and update high-volume customer orders into the database daily.
• Order Tracking: Monitor and track orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and order questions professionally via email.
• Software Utilization: Use Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook for daily tracking and correspondence.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized accurate logs of customer interactions and transactions.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies quickly.
• Service Excellence: Provide courteous high-quality customer service at all times.

• Experience: Proven background in customer service order processing or data entry.
• Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
• Speed & Accuracy: Strong data entry skills with an extreme attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear email correspondence.
• Efficiency: Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization: Strong time-management skills to keep order records organized.
