Job Summary

In this role youll help deliver a great experience for our customers across every interaction.
Youll do this by working closely with customers and internal teams to keep communication clear coordination smooth and delivery on track. Were looking for someone who takes ownership keeps things moving and consistently delivers for our customers.
About the role
As part of our Customer Service team youll be the key link between our customers and our internal teams ensuring orders are processed accurately customers are kept informed and delivery commitments are met. Youll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations while also contributing to improving how we deliver service across the business.
What youll be doing
- Managing customer orders through our ERP/CRM systems
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers on order status and delivery
- Coordinating with Sales Operations Supply Chain and Finance to keep orders on track
- Providing clear timely updates to customers on deliveries changes or delays
- Supporting pricing invoicing and customer query resolution
- Maintaining accurate reporting including open order tracking and DIFOT performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
What youll bring
- Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with a range of stakeholders
- The ability to prioritise effectively and manage changing workloads
- Experience using ERP/CRM systems and intermediate Excel skills
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset
Experience in manufacturing or systems such as Salesforce or Epicor is a bonus but not essential.
