Customer Service Representative

Job Starts Here is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

Join our growing and dynamic team! We are a successful advertising agency dedicated to helping businesses expand their reach through effective online advertising and digital marketing solutions!

The CSR position works a variable schedule approx. 37.5 weekly hours Monday-Saturday. Must be available to work Saturdays until approximately 12:30-1 PM.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Per Hour

Job Summary: Under the general direction of Management the CSR is responsible for performing a variety of customer service and administrative duties. Responds to customer inquiries researches and resolves customer issues and assists with questions related to the companys services and online platforms. Maintains the companys standards for service customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum one (1) year of customer service experience required with ability to learn additional duties.

Qualifications: Strong customer service skills attention to detail and math aptitude; excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team approach to work responsibilities; basic keyboard skills; ability to learn retain and follow company procedures; strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
