Customer Service Representative

ITU AbsorbTech is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Berlin WI.

In this role you will:

• Manage inbound calls and respond to customer emails with accuracy and care
• Conduct proactive outreach to assist with customer needs provide updates and strengthen relationships
• Collaborate across departments to resolve service issues and deliver effective solutions
• Track and monitor service requests using Microsoft Dynamics and other internal systems
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services through marketing tools

Schedule:8:00 am to 4:30pm hours vary based on travel and business needs. No weekends or holidays.

Location: This position works onsite in New Berlin WI.

Each year we recover over 200000 gallons of oil and solvents from our customers used products.
