Job Summary

Role Overview:

StarHire is thrilled to be working with Core Collision of TX to facilitate a key and immediate addition to their team. We are helping them find a versatile and professional Customer Service Representative to manage the administrative and client-facing nexus of their collision repair facility in Kyle TX. This is a high-priority fast-paced and multi-tasked environmenta position where there is truly no time to be bored. You will serve as the first point of contact for Core Collision clients and the operational anchor of the shop floor playing a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Core Job Duties:

  • Customer Intake & Support: Welcome incoming clients initiate claim document routing handle preliminary drop-off logistics and provide empathetic support throughout the vehicle repair cycle.

  • Front Office Reception: Manage incoming multi-line telephone traffic handle general correspondence and maintain an organized clean and welcoming front lobby environment.

  • Administrative Duties: Execute data entry update specialized collision management platforms perform file auditing and support vehicle delivery documentation.

  • Courtesy Guest Shuttle: Perform local driving to transport customers to or from the facility during vehicle drop-offs or pickups. Note: A clean driving record is required.

Additional Information :

Position Type: Temp-To-Hire through StarHire
Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

This position will be a W2 contract (no benefits) with hourly payroll through StarHire for the first 3 to 6 months.
