Looking for a stable MondayFriday position with great hours and competitive pay We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an established industrial/manufacturing operation in Euclid.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers processing orders solving problems and being part of a busy team.

What Youll Do:

• Process and enter customer orders accurately

• Prepare and provide customer quotes

• Coordinate shipments with the warehouse

• Send invoices and process credits for returns or short shipments

• Prepare and send material certifications and certification packages

• Communicate with customers regarding orders questions and concerns

• Follow up on issues and help resolve customer problems

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly

What Were Looking For:

• 3 years of customer service experience preferably in manufacturing distribution or an industrial environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Good problem-solving skills

• Experience entering orders into an ERP or order management system

• Ability to manage multiple customer requests and priorities

Experience with inside sales fasteners MRO products or industrial distribution is a major plus!
