Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Correspond with customers sales production quality and other necessary departments to obtain orders answer questions and resolve issues.
Process orders from entry to shipment
Answer inquiries from both internal and external parties.
Maintain sales and customer service reports and files.
Assist Sales Team as necessary.
Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.
Take functional guidance from the Sales Coordinator.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education strongly preferred.
1-3 years experience working in a business setting preferably in Sales or Customer Service.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: E-mail Word Excel and PowerPoint.
SAP or AS400 experience highly preferred
