What Youll Do
As a CSR you are the heartbeat of our operation. You will:
Be the Face of Harts: Deliver exceptional first impressions by answering incoming calls with warmth confidence and professionalism.
Own the Schedule: Seamlessly book and confirm service appointments to keep our field technicians busy.
Connect & Convert: Use proven call structures to handle inquiries while building genuine rapport with homeowners.
Drive Growth: Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers to help the team smash goals.
Solve Problems: Bring positivity reliability and a solution-oriented mindset to every shift.
What We Are Looking For:
