Window World is seeking an energetic customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Install Coordinator at our Youngstown location. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage installation team schedules
Create efficient installation routes to maximize productivity within manageable travel distances
Communicate with customers to schedule installations
Maintain clear communication between customers and installation crews
Manage loading lists for products and accessories ensuring all materials are available prior to installation
Research and obtain permits for installation projects
What Were Looking For
Friendly positive attitude with strong customer service skills
Previous customer service experience required
Data entry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
