Key Objectives

  • Deliver prompt accurate and empathetic responses to incoming chat inquiries.
  • Provide clear information about Cenikor Foundations programs and services.
  • Support individuals seeking help by guiding them to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and client inquiries via chat in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide relevant information or escalate when necessary.
  • Document chat interactions accurately in the organizations CRM system.
  • Stay informed about Cenikor Foundations programs policies and updates.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on common questions and challenges.
  • Adhere to privacy and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service preferably in chat or digital communication channels.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with attention to tone and clarity.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient empathetic approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms is a plus.
