Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide a warm professional and welcoming studio experience.
• Manage front desk operations including phones guest check-in/check-out scheduling and transactions.
• Schedule and rebook appointments while proactively filling cancellations and openings to keep Service Provider schedules full and productive.
• Educate guests on services memberships enhancements gift cards and retail products.
• Support membership sales guest retention and studio performance goals.
• Ensure Service Providers have the supplies and resources needed to provide exceptional service.
• Assist with laundry and maintain clean organized and professional treatment rooms and shared studio areas.
• Maintain accurate guest appointment and membership information.
• Work collaboratively with the studio team and assist with opening closing and other daily operational duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services inperson to potential clients.
• Customer Service in a spalike or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention hospitality and execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easytolearn computer programs.
• Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
