Job Summary
As a Customer Operations Specialist you will be responsible for managing customer service activities for both internal and external customers ensuring timely and accurate communication order management and quoting processes. Youll gain valuable hands-on experience in cross-functional collaboration with Planning Operations Engineering and Quality teams. QUALIFICATIONSAssociates degree required; Bachelors degree preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel Outlook Teams Word PowerPoint)Sales service and customer relationship management acumen2-4 years of relevant customer operations customer service or order management experience preferably in a manufacturing or regulated environmentSIOP (Sales Inventory & Operations Planning) experience preferredIQMS or similar ERP system experience preferred
