CAN YOU SEE YOURSELF AS OUR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

If you thrive in roles that prioritize communication timeliness and attention to detail then you could be a great fit for our team! Youll be the one who greets customers prospects and partners when they contact our office and sets the tone for their experience with our company. As calls and emails come in youll assess each inquiry and route calls/messages to the correct team department or individual.

Working in Salesforce youll update customer account information log the correct information for new clients and maintain organized records. Youll also search through account histories when appropriate to help with routing decisions and respond to basic requests. Youll strive to quickly answer calls triage incoming emails and escalate issues accordingly to support prompt high-quality customer service and support!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 2 years of customer-facing administrative or communications experience
• Preferred - Experience in a SaaS or technology-focused company
