Introduction
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to support customer accounts and ensure a positive service experience. The ideal candidate will assist with account management customer communications and administrative support while maintaining accurate records and providing professional service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding account information and services.
- Maintain and update customer account records accurately.
- Assist customers with account requests updates and general support.
- Communicate with customers through phone email and other communication channels.
- Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service and issue resolution.
- Process documentation and maintain organized account records.
- Support reporting data entry and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times.
