Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

CORE JOB DUTIES

Agent Support and Management:

• Responsible for managingday to dayactions of cultivation staff teams and cultivationprocesses.

• Primary areas of responsibility includeFlower IPM Fertigation.

• Serves as a role-model and resource forcultivationstaff concerning products and services policies and procedures industry news and changes in regulations.

• Responsible for delegating tasks to gardeners daily as dictated by the gardencalendar.

• Coordinates with the Cultivation Manager to ensureaccurateinformation is communicated to the cultivation staff.

Cultivation Operation Management:

• Oversees cultivation tasks and processes ensures proper documentation of all applicable activitiesin accordance withthe State and standards set by Cresco Labs.

• Coordinates and ensures that the cultivation calendar is being executed according to the plan laid out by the Cultivation Manager and Facility Director

• Ensure plant health by pruningdefoliating andanalyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy as well as any other tasksrequired.

• Coordinates necessary pest management practices with the IPM team to ensure that all plants are entering the flower houses disease free andhealthy.

• Relays pertinent information concerning plant health schedulingand cultivation staff to the Cultivation Manager ina timelyfashion.

Reports and Documentation:

• Assistin the maintenance ofaccuraterecords for all cultivation activities including employee records inventory records crop application records harvest data collectionin accordance withthe State and standards set by Cresco Labs.

• Responsible for monitoring and adjusting employee hours and schedules as dictated by the Cultivation Manager and Facility Director

• Ensure that all leadsmaintaincompliant plant inventory within their respectiveareas.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations

• Two years of experience in a position withsupervisory/managerial responsibilitieswithdemonstratedexperience managing agents and operations.

• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills; manufacturing experiencepreferred.

• Computer literacy in word processing point-of-sale systems and data base management

• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law

• Proficiencyin windows-based software and point of sale applications.

• Requires work around plant material which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.

• Requires ability to sit stand kneel and/or do repetitive actions with your hands forlong periodsof time.

• Requires ability tolift upto 50lbsto torso level.
