JobSummary:TheCrew Leaderwillwork sideby side withthe teamto ensure assigned properties arefollowing Focal Pointe standards. Responsible for the oversight of the groundcrew. CrewLeaderresponsibilities includemonitoringthe health of all plants and greenspaces watering and feeding plants trimming trees and shrubs fertilizing and mowing lawns weedinggardensand keeping green spaces and walkways clear of debris and litter. You should know how to use andmaintainlandscaping equipment including mowerstrimmersand fertilizers while following health and safety regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install andmaintainseasonal plants

• Mowtrimand fertilize green spaces

• Mulchedgeand weed gardens

• Prune and trim trees and bushes

• Maintain all gardening equipment and machinery like mowerstrimmersand leaf blowers

• Monitor andmaintainthe health of plants

• Dealwith pest problems that could damage plants

• Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter

• Directing activities on the job site

• Manage personnel effectively and efficiently

• Trainandpromotecompany standards

• Monitor all tools and equipment for maintenance

• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

• Performs administrative functionspertaining tocrew management

• Interacts with clientelein order tohelp ensure job satisfaction

• Consistently on time and acting in a professional manner

• Participatesin all safety training sessions

• Communicateseffectively with crew supervisor and clients

• Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended amounts of time

• Ultimately youwill make sure ourgardensand green spaces are always healthy and beautiful.

• Other duties asassigned.

Education and Experience:

• Familiarity with landscaping design

• Extensive knowledge of regional plant life

• Knowledge of local pests and how toeliminatethem

• Knowledge of synthetic and natural fertilizers

• Knowledge of state health and safety regulations for landscaping

• A high school degree or GED

• Validclass Edriverslicense with a clean driving record

• Bilingualpreferable but not require

• Proficient equipment operating skills including but not limitedto:lawn mowers string trimmers stick edges and pruners

• Knowledge of perennials and shrubs

• Highly motivated and detail oriented

• Good timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

• Clean and professional appearance
