Job Summary
NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Part-Time Crematory Operator to join our team at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward CA. Its our employees sacred duty to honor the dignity of the deceased. Crematory Professionals at NorthStar are part of a compassionate community dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care and respect for the deceased and their families.
Responsibilities
- Ensure facilities and equipment are clean well-maintained and in safe working order
- Maintain identification integrity throughout the process by following policies and procedures
- Manage crematory records including service and maintenance records
- Work with various departments to accomplish tasks efficiently and accurately
Compensation
$22-$26/hr.
Qualifications
- Required licensure to operate a crematory at the location
- Understanding of OSHA and EPA guidelines
