The Courtesy Driver will enhance the customers positive service experience by driving them to or picking them up from their homes or offices while service is being performed on their vehicles.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes
• Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles
• Communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
• Safely transport vehicles for customers
• Make deliveries for the Parts department when needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned
