Counterintelligence Collections Instructor Senior Level

The Opportunity:

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Activity (JCITA) program is the crown jewel of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise in enabling CI personnel in their mission to protectour nation from adversarial threats. CI Agents abilities to counter espionage terrorism and insider threats hinge upon JCITAs advanced CI training.

From its inception ourJCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision. Changes in the CI landscape have necessitated the support of an agile innovative team and a solid business partner in CACI to ensure the program continues to deliver the quantity and quality of training for a successful DoD CI program.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for providing world-class Joint Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (JMCCC) instruction.
• Plan develop and execute training certification for CI Agents to independently plan and conduct CI collection (IAW EO 12333 and DoDI S-5240.17) to identify and detect FIE activities against DoD and respond to validated CI requirements and support the identification exploitation disruption manipulation or neutralization of FIE intelligence operations aimed at DoD and U.S. interests
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day includes weekends and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS.
• Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools lectures classroom discussions team exercises readings case studies role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with poly or ability to obtain poly.
• Five (5) years of experience conducting CI or HUMINT Collection
• Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school
• Completed one of the following CI or HUMINT source handling courses: MCC course ACICC JMCCC DATC ASOTC MOTC FTC OTC or an IC school equivalent or have experience conducting Level II MCC in accordance with the DoDI-S 5240.17
• Served as a CI Collector with experience conducting the full operational cycle.
• Ability to sit and stand for up to four (4) hours at one time and be able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.
