Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to prepare accurate project cost estimates manage budgets analyze expenses and support project planning and financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for labor materials equipment and project expenses.
- Review project plans specifications and technical documents.
- Analyze vendor quotations and subcontractor bids.
- Develop budgets cost forecasts and estimation reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential financial risks.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and procurement teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of relevant cost-estimation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant estimating software.
- Strong analytical communication and organizational skills.
Eligibility

Compensation
Annual salary of $110000$150000 depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits are subject to company policy.
