This role blends advanced cosmetology techniques with a luxury spa experience providing guests with a deeply restorative ritual focused on scalp care hair wellness and stress head spa and scalp services in accordance with established protocols and brand thorough guest consultations to assess scalp and hair health and customize treatments professional-grade products water-based scalp equipment and massage techniques to enhance relaxation and therapeutic guests on scalp health hair care routines and recommended retail a clean sanitized and guest-ready treatment room before and after each proper use care and sanitation of all head spa equipment and spa policies related to guest safety hygiene and service a calm welcoming and luxurious spa guest feedback service notes and any concerns to spa to all state board regulations and licensing license(s) and certificate(s) for Cosmetology as required by the state county city/town.2 years of experience in the cosmetogoly communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of principles and processes for meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer attention to mindset and artistic oriented with a proactive and positive understanding of health and safety rules.
