Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Initiatives:Ownend-to-end delivery of strategic projects for business units and functions in the organization(including scope workplankey deliverables etc.).Create structure and frameworkspaired with influence without authorityto enable high-impact fact-basedquantitativeand qualitative analysis to support recommendations. Build and manage relationships with business partners to enable effective delivery of work.

Strategic Planning:Leadthedevelopment andimplementation of corporate strategic plans in alignment with organizational goals market trends and competitive dynamics.

Mentorship:Help tomentorjunior members of the team in developing core strategy and consulting toolkit. Act asthoughtpartner to more junior team members.

Food and agribusinessindustry experienceis preferred.

$123920-$185880. In most cases candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
