Corporate Associate Attorney

CSG Law is seeking an attorney with 4 years of experience for our Corporate Practice ideal candidate for this role possesses advanced transactional experience that includes managing/leading M&A joint venture (including real estate JVs) and equity and debt financing transactions as well as drafting and negotiating corporate and transactional documents including merger agreements stock and asset purchase agreements complex operating and shareholder agreements and various commercial agreements. Excellent client skills and admission to the NJ bar or NY bar are position is hybrid from the firms Roseland New Jersey anticipated initial annual base salary range for someone hired for this position is $190000 $220000.
