Job Summary
The Copywriter is a versatile writer who brings strong storytelling abilities and a deep understanding of brand voice across digital social email print and patient-facing communications. This role drives content development across a variety of marketing initiatives partnering with the marketing team to create compelling messaging that informs engages and inspires action.
This is a part-time role available and responsive Monday through Friday to collaborate with the team attend meetings and support ongoing projects. While much of the work can be completed remotely we are looking for someone who can consistently work from the office 12 days per week to foster collaboration creative partnership and team connection.
This role is ideal for a curious adaptable writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment can quickly shift between projects and priorities and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented resourceful and comfortable translating complex information into clear engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) is an independent healthcare organization that prides itself on being innovative and nimble adapting quickly to an ever-changing healthcare environment. This person will support content initiatives for TCO and the other brands we serve including Training HAUS Health Quotient Viverant Revo Health and i-Health.
Essential Job Functions:
- Write clear compelling and on-brand content across multiple channels including patient testimonials blogs email social media print materials and operational communications.
- Develop engaging headlines messaging and body copy that connect with target audiences and support marketing objectives.
- Translate clinical technical and operational information into clear patient-friendly content that is accurate accessible and easy to understand.
- Adapt tone style and messaging for different audiences brands channels and communication objectives.
- Partner with designers marketers and clinical stakeholders to gather information align messaging and bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
- Write edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy clarity consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop content for in-clinic materials signage flyers and other patient-facing communications used across TCO locations.
- Provide occasional support for website content updates and enhancements as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize changing workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional copywriting or marketing communications experience
- Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism English Marketing or equivalent degree
- Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling brand voice consistency and multi-channel content execution
Benefits & Compensation:
- Actual starting pay will vary based on education skills and experience.
The pay range displayed reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated for employees working less than a full-time schedule.

Working Conditions:
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 or more hours per day).
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing writing and handling documents.
- Occasional standing walking bending or reaching within the office environment.
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to20 pounds.
- Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents.
- Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly.
- Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g. computer phone printer).
