The Coordinator Legal Administration works under the direction of the Senior Director Legal the Construction & Claims (C&C) Team and other Universal Creative Legal Department leadership and is responsible for supporting the C&C Team with the preparation issuance and monitoring of various construction notices certificates and documents. This role also supports maintenance of C&C Team documents trackers and repositories and supports other C&C Team trainings initiatives and tasks. #LI-DNI
- Support the C&C Team in the preparation of various construction notices by utilizing and modifying established digital forms and in accordance with the directions of the C&C Team and Legal Department policies and procedures.
- Monitors and tracks contractual insurance documents and requirements across various systems and ensures all data is accurately entered and tracked. Maintain migrate and archive various insurance documents including both digital and hardcopy files in accordance with C&C Team and Legal Department policies and procedures.
- Support the Universal Creative Legal Department with timely issuance of various notices filings and other documents via eRecording mail shipping service email DocuSign and other methods of transmission at the direction of the C&C Team. Log track and conduct follow ups on the various notices filings and documents issued.
- Support the C&C Team and Legal Department with the creation tracking storing and distribution of Legal templates presentation decks trainings status reports and other informational logs under the supervision of the C&C Team.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent or technical school required.
- 2 years office experience legal environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) DocuSign Smartsheet and SharePoint.
