- Are you willing to obtain a Physical/Medical Examination and a TB test and submit the results to the Hamblen County School System
- Upon employment can you provide a copy of your High School Diploma or GED (Teacher Assistants Secretaries Maintenance and Mechanics) or your College Transcripts (Teachers and other Positions with Degree Requirements)
- Do you agree to comply with the Drug Free Workplace policy in place at the Hamblen County School System
- Are you willing to submit to a Fingerprint/Background check performed by an approved source
- Are you a U.S. citizen or otherwise legally authorized to work in the United States
- Are you currently an employee of Hamblen County Schools
- Have you previously worked for Hamblen County Schools
- Have you ever been employed as a licensed professional teacher/administrator in the state of Tennessee
- Do you understand that if employed the Director of Schools may assign you to a specific position as the need requires
- List any special abilities interests community activities high school and/or college activities which would enhance your opportunity for employment including athletic coaching student activities unique or special achievements. Describe your actual coaching experience including type of coaching position and time period.
