Position Description
As a Controls Operations Service Manager you will be responsible for leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service by meeting clients needs and commitments. Controls Service Managers are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned maintenance and project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention.
Controls Service Managers manage the financial health of their business unit by maintaining an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results. They manage staff performance streamline processes analyze data and manage the business to achieve organizational goals. They act as a critical link between customer support field services and company leadership. The manager will also adhere to all company safety standards as well as following consistent and repeatable management procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline service processes implement best practices and optimize workflow to improve productivity.
- Team Leadership: Recruit train mentor and evaluate staff performance while ensuring a safe and motivating work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle complex technical issues resolve complaints and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service standards.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with upper management to develop business goals and coordinate with vendors or external partners.

The following qualifications along with individuals previous work experience will be considered by the company when evaluating applicants:
Minimum of (5) years service management experience in DDC controls
Bachelors degree in business management or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in service operations customer support or similar managerial roles
Professional image Strong Team Management and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to analyze data and KPIs to drive improvements
Excellent logistics communication and management skills
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
