Schedule: Monday Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Location: Aumsville OR

Company Overview:
GLISS General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is hiring for a locally owned and operated modular construction company 20 minutes outside of Salem OR. This position is responsible for leading the accounting operations and serve as a key financial partner to leadership and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly quarterly and annual close process.

• Deliver accurate timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

• Maintain general ledger integrity and oversee audits.

• Oversee job costing WIP and revenue recognition.

• Analyze production costs labor and margins.

• Partner with operations to improve cost visibility and pricing decisions.

• Lead budgeting processes.

• Provide variance analysis and financial modeling.

• Maintain internal controls policies and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors tax advisors and lenders.

• Oversee cash flow working capital and banking relationships.

• Develop and lead the accounting team (AP/AR).

• Drive system improvements process efficiency and automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.

• CPA or CMA preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience including accounting leadership.

• Experience in construction manufacturing or project-based industries.

• Strong background in job costing WIP and revenue recognition.
