Contracts Lead

As a Contracts Lead here at Honeywell you will handle all facets of contract formation and contract management including drafting interpretation negotiation contract review and administration of complex customer agreements. You will ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes and Honeywell business is conducted with the highest ethical standards internal company policies and local and international laws.

You will work out of our Tempe AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact Honeywells contract management function and overall business operations. By effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts this role will ensure that Honeywell operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements mitigating risks and protecting the companys interests.

• Provide independent and objective contract evaluation as well as experienced advice and sound guidance to various functions as applicable.
• Advise internal stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions.
• Focus on the continual improvement in the speed quality and simplicity of contract formation and management processes without compromising compliance.

• 6 years of experience managing/negotiating contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
• Expertise in contract evaluation negotiation and administration to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to support organizational effectiveness and standardization.
• Proficiency in managing contract documentation and dispute resolution.
