We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruiting & Staffing team. This position is based in Charleston SC with remote work arrangements available. This is a contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time permanent role based on business needs and individual performance.

As a Recruiting Coordinator youll play a vital role in supporting our Talent Managers and Strategic Account Managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Youll help coordinate interviews manage candidate communications maintain recruiting systems and ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Your attention to detail and ability to keep multiple priorities moving will directly contribute to the success of our clients candidates and recruiting team.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates hiring managers and internal recruiting teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Assist Talent Managers with scheduling offer preparation onboarding activities and other recruiting administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting platforms
  • Post job opportunities across multiple job boards and social media platforms
  • Monitor recruiting pipelines and assist with candidate status updates and follow-up communications
  • Conduct reference checks background screening coordination and pre-employment activities as needed
  • Support sourcing initiatives by identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn job boards employee referrals and internal databases
  • Prepare recruiting reports and assist leadership with recruiting metrics and pipeline tracking
  • Ensure recruiting documentation remains accurate compliant and up to date
  • Partner closely with Talent Managers Strategic Account Managers and leadership to support hiring priorities and business objectives
  • Assist with special recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel and Teams
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM platforms is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Communications or a related field preferred
  • 1 years of experience in recruiting coordination talent acquisition support HR staffing or an administrative role
  • Experience scheduling interviews and supporting multiple recruiters simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed or Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience supporting recruiting efforts within manufacturing engineering industrial or corporate environments is preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
