Job Summary

Logic20/20 is seeking a Consulting Manager to accelerate our clients adoption of generative AI technologies and embed AI into day-to-day business operations across their this role youll partner with business leaders end users and technology teams to drive AI enablement initiatives support change adoption and help teams realize measurable business value from AI investments.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication and consulting skills with hands-on experience using modern AI tools and platforms in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve productivity and business processes through AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support AI adoption initiatives across business functions and departments.
  • Facilitate workshops office hours and working sessions focused on AI use cases and best practices.
  • Develop enablement materials including knowledge articles playbooks prompt libraries user guides and training content.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and business users on practical AI applications.
  • Gather feedback and measure adoption engagement and business impact.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
  • Promote responsible AI practices governance standards and security awareness.
  • Support organizational change efforts related to emerging technologies and digital transformation.
  • Contribute to client-facing presentations recommendations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience of consulting experience at a large enterprise-level firm.
  • Experience in technical product management managing teams across one or more workstreams in an Agile environment.
  • Experience delivering AI-driven solutions including the recommendation and implementation of appropriate AI technologies to meet business needs.
  • Experience driving AI adoption and AI enablement.
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise generative AI tools and platforms.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing documentation training materials and user-facing content.
  • Strong presentation facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of responsible AI data governance security and enterprise risk considerations.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Claude OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise Microsoft Copilot or similar enterprise AI platforms.
  • Experience supporting AI Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.
  • Consulting experience within large enterprise organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI prompt engineering agent-based workflows and AI adoption programs.

Additional Information :

At Logic20/20 we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package with a target base salary range of $157175 - $177872 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience skills qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
