Start Date: Late June / July 2026
Duration: 912 months Strong potential to convert to full-time
Project Size: 25 MW Community Solar
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with Project Management capabilities to support a 25 MW community solar project in the greater Chandler AZ area. This is a long-term onsite role with a high likelihood of transitioning to a full-time position upon successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on a utility-scale community solar project
- Manage project schedules budgets subcontractors and site safety compliance
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and owners teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide regular progress reporting and documentation
- Serve in both CM and PM capacities as project needs dictate
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Requirements
- Proven experience managing solar or renewable energy construction projects
- Ability to perform in both Construction Manager and Project Manager roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable working in an onsite field-based environment in Arizona
- Familiarity with utility-scale or community solar project workflows
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
