Heritage Carpentry is a family-owned construction company serving Lancaster County since 1983. We specialize in new home construction residential remodeling and additions taking pride in craftsmanship and lasting quality. Guided by faith-based values we treat every client and coworker with honesty dignity and respect maintaining clear communication and a commitment to doing every job with integrity.

What Youll Do as a Construction Worker/Driver:

• Drive the company truck with the crew to and from job sites safely and responsibly.
• Receive direction from the job foreman and assist in the construction and renovation of residential properties.
• Perform framing siding window and door installations.
• Operate & maintain hand tools and power tools with care and attention.
• Follow safety guidelines to help keep the crew and job site safe.
• Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Keep work areas clean organized and professional.
• Clean the job site at the end of each day and assist with washing work trucks as needed.
• Full-time schedule: 5:50 a.m.-5:00 p.m. traveling within an hour of Lancaster County.

Our Ideal Construction Worker/Driver:

• Experienced: At least one year of construction-related experience in any skilled trade preferred; high school diploma a plus.
• Safety-conscious: Respects other drivers follows all safety protocols and takes responsibility for safe driving and job site practices.
• Punctual: Arrives at the shop by 5:50 a.m. ready to work and stays consistent and dependable.
• Quality-focused: Takes pride in craftsmanship and quality work.
• Team-oriented: Brings a strong work ethic communicates clearly and contributes to a positive crew dynamic.
• Licensed & Trained: Holds a valid PA drivers license and clean record; must have or be willing to obtain a DOT medical card. Heritage provides OSHA lift and fall protection certification.
• Active: Able to lift up to 100 lbs. bend kneel stand for extended periods and work safely from ladders.
• Must provide a basic hand tool set and tool belt.
