Construction Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major VA Medical Center facility recapitalization program and manage design and construction activities onsite.

Requirements:

• 10 years of project management design engineering or construction management experience
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or Architecture
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred:

• Federal government Owners Representative experience
• PMP or CCM certification
• Medical facility construction experience on projects $30M

Key Skills:

• Manage schedule budget risk quality and construction activities
• Coordinate with VA contractors architects and project stakeholders
• Review designs submittals proposals and cost estimates
• Lead project meetings and maintain documentation
• Strong communication organization and Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to work occasional nights weekends or holidays
• Ability to work on active construction sites and in various weather conditions
