Job Summary
Act as a liaison to ensure proper alignment of projects to institutional goals. Manage the process of developing refining and executing project plans resolving issues communicating and driving the final results of each project. Serve as the primary point of contact for large organizational-wide and/or highly complex projects requiring leadership and experience of a seasoned project management professional. Promote a culture of improvement across the institution. Coach project managers in the management of project related activities.
This position is a senior/lead role in the Project Management Office (PMO) with a focus on leading the development and improvement of PM tools and processes at Childrens as well as the promotion of PM maturity at Childrens through coaching and consulting with client departments.
Bachelors of 7 years related experience to include at least 5 years managing leading a large project team on a large scale project (budget impact or time); full cycle from initiation to project successful experience working with vendors consultants and other purchased mentorship experience.
Required Credentials
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or ability to obtain within 4 months of hire.
Preferred
Masters degree health administration business or related field or Masters certificate in project care working in a Project Management Consulting applying professional project management approaches ( Agile and/or SDLC).Demonstrated successful experience leading complex change management in an organizational Six Sigma Kaizen or continuous performance improvement developing and facilitating /presenting project management success working with vendors consultants and other purchased services.
Compensation Range
$118174.00 - $177262.00 per yearSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
