Job Summary

Construction Project Manager

Location: Honolulu HI

Responsibilities:

Oversee project documentation including submittals RFIs subcontracts purchase orders change orders billings and closeout documentation from project award through completion.
Participate in owner-architect-contractor meetings and support overall project coordination.
Review update and help maintain CPM schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
Act as a liaison between field teams design professionals and ownership groups.
Assist in tracking and managing project budgets.
Support estimating efforts and preparation of bid packages.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience ideally within commercial construction.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability with attention to safety and quality.
Experience with project management software and document control platforms preferred.
Hawaii-based candidate with a valid drivers license.
