In this role you will be working as an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for a client that works in the residential general construction industry. This position will be responsible for leading the companys day to day accounting administrative compliance and office management functions.

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $110000-$130000/Yr.

  • 10 years of experience in an office manager/bookkeeper role for a construction company
  • Strong hands-on experiencewith AP AR invoicing collections bill entry and coding payment scheduling vendor statement reconciliation bookkeeping etc..
  • Able to handle subcontractor insurance tracking compliance documentation subcontract agreements vendor paperwork COIs etc..
  • Support job costing and job-level financial tracking
  • Quickbooks and Buildertrend experience
  • Experience supporting multiple LLCs entities and accounts
  • Strong collections follow-up and documentation discipline
  • Ability to working with field operations to ensure financial data is tracked coded reconciled and usable
