Construction Manager

STV is seeking a Construction Manager II to lead the successful delivery of complex construction this role you will oversee all phases of construction ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently on schedule within budget and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop project execution plans including scheduling staffing resource allocation and construction strategies.
• Lead and oversee project teams including field staff engineers inspectors subcontractors and support personnel.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials equipment and resources.
• Direct field operations and provide guidance on project plans specifications and construction requirements.
• Monitor project performance including schedule budget quality and safety objectives and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with clients contractors consultants and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Prepare and communicate project status updates including progress cost and resource reports.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal state local environmental and safety regulations.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment while supporting the development and success of project teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve construction processes efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary project teams contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods scheduling cost control safety practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced project environment.
